Consent to Personal Data Processing

By registering or submitting the form, the user gives informed consent to the processing of personal data required to create an account and provide the service.
1. Operator and scope
The consent is given to Individual Entrepreneur Vladimir Maksimovich Petrishchev for account, service, support, billing, security, and legal-compliance processing.
2. Data and actions
The consent covers account and contact data, uploaded media, prompts, generated results, technical logs, and billing metadata, as well as collection, recording, storage, use, transfer to processors, deletion, and destruction where required.
3. Withdrawal
Consent may be withdrawn by contacting legal@brandstudio.dev. Withdrawal does not affect processing required to perform an agreement or comply with mandatory law.
