This public offer sets out the terms for paid AI-generated visual production services provided through Brand Studio, including ordering, payment, credits, refunds, and liability.
1. Subject of the agreement
The operator provides AI-based image and video generation services for marketplace use, and the customer accepts and pays for those services under the terms published on the site.
2. Acceptance
The offer is accepted by actions such as registration, payment, purchasing credits, or uploading content into the service for generation tasks.
3. Payments and credits
Service pricing is published on the site. Credits are internal accounting units used to pay for production tasks and are not electronic money. Payment is made in advance using the methods offered at checkout.
4. Service delivery
Services are rendered by giving access to service functionality and generation results. A task is considered performed when a result is generated and made available for download.
5. Refunds
Refunds or credit reversals may apply in limited technical-failure scenarios described by the operator, such as incorrect credit deduction or generation errors caused by the service.
6. Liability and dispute resolution
The operator is not responsible for subjective dissatisfaction with generated style or marketplace moderation outcomes where a technical result was successfully delivered. Liability may be limited to the amount paid, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
